Suma a fost aprobat\u0103 \u00een \u0219edin\u021ba din 23 mai \u0219i anun\u021bat\u0103 de ministrul Transporturilor Sorin Grindeanu, potrivit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economica.net\/ajutorul-de-100-de-milioane-de-euro-pentru-tarom-a-fost-validat-de-guvern_748943.html\">economica.net.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sorin Grindeanu a precizat c\u0103 suma alocat\u0103 are urm\u0103toarele destina\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>p\u00e2n\u0103 la 214,3 milioane de lei reprezint\u0103 ajutor de restructurare care se propune a fi acordat sub forma de capitalizare \u00een anul 2024;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12,51 milioane de lei reprezint\u0103 majorarea de capital social efectuat\u0103 \u00een anul 2023;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>244,22 milioane de lei reprezint\u0103 \u00eemprumutul acordat ca ajutor de stat individual pentru salvare \u00een anul 2020 \u0219i dob\u00e2nzile aferente actualizate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen luna februarie, ministrul Transporturilor, Sorin Grindeanu, anun\u021ba c\u0103 TAROM ar putea primi peste 80 milioane de euro de la Comisia European\u0103. Ajutorul de stat face parte din planul pentru restructurarea companiei propus de autorit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne \u00een \u00eencercarea de a evita falimentul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen anul 2023, societatea anun\u021ba finalizarea \u00een\u021belegerii cu forul european \u0219i \u00eendeplinirea condi\u021biilor pentru primirea banilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2007 a fost ultimul an \u00een care compania a \u00eenregistrat profit. \u00cen cei 17 ani de pierderi, TAROM a suspendat mai multe zboruri, cum ar fi cele c\u0103tre Viena \u0219i Munchen.
