Tranzac\u021bia a fost perfectata de lichidatorul fabricii &#8211; PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Cump\u0103r\u0103torul, Prelude 2000 SRL Bucure\u0219ti, era o firm\u0103 \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00eentr-un bloc de pe strada C\u00e2mpineanu &#8211; a c\u0103rei cifr\u0103 de afaceri \u00een 2003 era de 53 de ori mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t suma pe care trebuia s\u0103 o pl\u0103teasc\u0103 statului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"4\">La jum\u0103tate de an distan\u0163\u0103, o nou\u0103 tranzac\u021bie a fost efectuat\u0103 la un pre\u0163 suspect de mic. Firma care se ocupa de lichidarea Rocar a v\u00e2ndut cl\u0103dirile fabricii cu 4,6 miliarde de lei, aproximativ 120.000 de euro. Nici \u00een acest caz AVAS nu a luat atitudine, de\u0219i cu banii ace\u0219tia abia dac\u0103 se putea cump\u0103ra o cas\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"13\">Comparativ, \u00een anul 2002, de la Rocar au fost transferate c\u0103tre Ministerul Educa\u021biei \u015fi Cercet\u0103rii dou\u0103 imobile din Sectorul 5, iar atunci fabrica a primit 16 miliarde de lei, de aproape patru ori mai mult dec\u00e2t valoarea tranzac\u021biei realizate \u00een 2005.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"15\">Cele doua companii care au pus m\u00e2na pe activele v\u00e2ndute de PriceWaterhouseCoopers sunt obscure. Societatea Prelude 2000 SRL era specializat\u0103 \u00een &#8220;comer\u021bul cu am\u0103nuntul \u00een magazine specializate&#8221;, conform datelor existente la Ministerul Finan\u021belor Publice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"16\">Firma a avut in 2003 o cifr\u0103 de afaceri de numai 4,7 miliarde de lei \u015fi un profit care dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te cu pu\u021bin 1000 de euro, iar sediul \u00eenregistrat la Registrul Comer\u021bului este expirat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"17\">\u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, nu se stie clar care a fost sursa celor 6,4 milioane de euro necesare pentru achizi\u021bionarea activelor AVAS, puncteaz\u0103 jurnali\u015ftii Hotnews. R\u0103spunsul ar putea fi reprezentat de cele dou\u0103 off-shore-uri din Cipru care de\u021bin ac\u021biunile Prelude 2000. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"18\">De cealalt\u0103 parte, Said Invest Bucure\u0219ti este o micro\u00eentreprindere care nu a depus un bilan\u021b anual la Oficiul Na\u021bional Registrul Comer\u021bului. Ea avea \u00een 2003 numai cinci angaja\u021bi \u015fi un capital social de nici 50 de euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Controversele ONE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colosul imobiliar One United Properties este acuzat c\u0103 \u00eentre\u0163ine procese de tip SLAPP (Strategic lawsuit against public participation &#8211; procese dispropor\u0163ionate \u00eentre firme potente financiar \u015fi societatea civil\u0103, de obicei) \u00eempotriva ONG-urilor care le blocheaz\u0103 business-urile, prin contestarea unor autoriza\u0163ii de construire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cur\u00e2nd, One United Properties a pierdut, \u00een prim\u0103 instan\u021b\u0103, procesul intentat unui num\u0103r de patru asocia\u021bii, \u00een vara anului 2022.
