Totul \u021bine de planificarea mobilit\u0103\u021bii durabile, pentru a facilita conexiunile \u00eentre traseele feroviare, de metrou \u0219i mai apoi de tramvai sau chiar autobuz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pentru corelarea traseelor feroviare cu transportul public din Municipiul Bucure\u0219ti este necesar\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea conectivit\u0103\u021bii locale pentru a facilita schimburile intermodale \u0219i a proiecta facilit\u0103\u021bile necesare. Park&amp;ride-urile sunt cele mai la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103 exemple.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Aceste noduri pot deveni atractori economici, \u00een special acolo unde exist\u0103 resurse importante de teren nevalorificat, prin planificarea urban\u0103 orientat\u0103 spre tranzit \u0219i revizuirea indicatorilor de urbanism pentru a stimula construc\u021biile, densificarea \u0219i mixitatea func\u021bional\u0103<\/em>\u201d, se arat\u0103 \u00een analizele consultate de Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mai mult, \u201c<em>administra\u021bia local\u0103 poate stimula cre\u0219terea prin interven\u021bii de regenerare a infrastructurii \u0219i dot\u0103rilor, cresc\u00e2nd astfel atractivitatea \u0219i totodat\u0103 cre\u00e2nd un mediu mai pl\u0103cut pentru c\u0103l\u0103torii ce utilizeaz\u0103 nodul intermodal<\/em>\u201d.
