Ignorate complet sau \u00een cel mai bun caz \u021binute la sertar, ideile \u0219i propunerile din ultimii 30 de ani privind \u00eenfiin\u021barea C\u0103ilor Ferate ale Bucure\u0219tiului sunt ast\u0103zi pe masa discu\u021biilor la nivelul tuturor autorit\u0103\u021bilor locale \u0219i centrale. Documentele ob\u021binute de Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti sunt ghiduri \u0219i strategii care au toate \u0219ansele s\u0103 devin\u0103 realitate \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de perspectivele de dezvoltare ale Capitalei \u0219i zonei metropolitane pentru urm\u0103torii 50 de ani.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zona de dezvoltare metropolitan\u0103 Nord cuprinde parte din Sectorul 1 \u0219i localit\u0103\u021bile Mogo\u0219oaia, Otopeni, Voluntari, Corbeanca, Tunari, Balote\u0219ti, Moara Vl\u0103siei \u0219i \u0218tef\u0103ne\u0219tii de Jos. Toate aceste zone au \u00eenregistrat un ritm alert de expansiune \u00een ultimii ani. Nu mai pu\u021bin de 18 sta\u021bii \u0219i puncte de oprire sunt prev\u0103zute \u00een planurile speciali\u0219tilor cu privire la exploatarea poten\u021bialului feroviar din aceast\u0103 zon\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>Conectarea lor prin trenul metropolitan la centrul Bucure\u0219tiului prezint\u0103 o oportunitate de decongestionare a traficului \u0219i de cre\u0219tere a gradului de accesibilitate al popula\u021biei din aceste localit\u0103\u021bi la principalele zone de interes din zona metropolitan\u0103, prin transportul public. Spre exemplu, p\u00e2n\u0103 de cur\u00e2nd, la <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/subventia-lui-pandele-de-la-gabriela-firea-autobuzele-second-hand-ale-voluntariului-primesc-100-000-de-euro-pe-luna-ca-sa-ajunga-la-capetele-de-linie\/\">capitolul transport public, comuna Tunari era deservit\u0103 de microbuze care luau foc \u00een trafic.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speciali\u0219tii prev\u0103d c\u0103 pe termen lung, dezvoltarea va continua \u00een toate localit\u0103\u021bile din Nordul Capitalei, iar treptat, zonele se vor compacta \u0219i densifica. Zone de acest tip \u0219i care intersecteaz\u0103 traseul feroviar detaliat de speciali\u0219ti deja exist\u0103 \u00een Otopeni, Balote\u0219ti, sau Corbeanca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mai mult, de-a lungul \u0219oselei de Centur\u0103, se afl\u0103 \u00een curs de dezvoltare o serie de cartiere periurbane cu regim de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime mediu, ce au beneficiat de o planificare urban\u0103 integrat\u0103, precum Greenfield sau Cosmopolis, ce concentreaz\u0103 deja aproximativ 25.000 locuitori. Aceasta ar putea fi ierarhizat\u0103 astfel: <strong>pietonal\u0103<\/strong>, ce corespunde unei distan\u021be de aproximativ 800 m, cea <strong>velo<\/strong> cu piste de biciclete \u00eentinse p\u00e2n\u0103 la aproximativ doi kilometri de sta\u021bie sau punctul de oprire \u0219i <strong>schimburile intermodale<\/strong> care presupun transferul cu ma\u0219ina proprie de la distan\u021be de p\u00e2n\u0103 la opt kilometri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"882\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-44785 lazyload\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9.jpg 819w, https:\/\/dev.buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9-279x300.jpg 279w, https:\/\/dev.buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9-768x827.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dev.buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9-550x592.jpg 550w, https:\/\/dev.buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9-464x500.jpg 464w, https:\/\/dev.buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/2-9-600x646.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dincolo de locuitorii care vor avea o leg\u0103tur\u0103 facil\u0103 cu Centrul Capitalei, sta\u021biile propuse de speciali\u0219ti conecteaz\u0103 \u0219i for\u021ba de munc\u0103 din regiune la oportunit\u0103\u021bile economice din zona metropolitan\u0103, mai ales c\u0103 timpul mediu de c\u0103l\u0103torie estimat ar fi de cel mult 60 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Red\u0103m, mai jos, analizele speciali\u0219tilor pentru c\u00e2teva dintre zonele propuse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sta\u021bia Balote\u0219ti<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Amplasarea actual\u0103 a punctului de sta\u021bionare Balote\u0219ti (A) se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 neconstruit\u0103 ce nu prezint\u0103 dinamici de dezvoltare. \u00cen cazul valorific\u0103rii viitoare a acestor terenuri, se va justifica acest punct de sta\u021bionare, altfel se recomand\u0103 mutarea punctului propus c\u0103tre Dimieni &#8211; intersec\u021bia cu DJ200B, unde se poate creea un nod intermodal c\u0103tre comuna Balote\u0219ti \u0219i zona sa de dezvoltare, deservind comunitatea rural\u0103 de acolo \u0219i deschiz\u00e2nd perspective de dezvoltare orientat\u0103 spre tranzit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sta\u021bia C\u0103ciula\u021bi<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Amplasarea actual\u0103 a punctului de sta\u021bionare Balote\u0219ti (A) se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 neconstruit\u0103 ce nu prezint\u0103 dinamici de dezvoltare. \u00cen cazul valorific\u0103rii viitoare a acestor terenuri, se va justifica acest punct de sta\u021bionare, altfel se recomand\u0103 mutarea punctului propus c\u0103tre Dimieni &#8211; intersec\u021bia cu DJ200B, unde se poate creea un nod intermodal c\u0103tre comuna Balote\u0219ti \u0219i zona sa de dezvoltare, deservind comunitatea rural\u0103 de acolo \u0219i deschiz\u00e2nd perspective de dezvoltare orientat\u0103 spre tranzit. Sta\u021bia CF C\u0103ciula\u021bi existent\u0103 (A) se afl\u0103 la o distan\u021b\u0103 considerabil\u0103 de zona construit\u0103, la aproximativ 1 km de primele case \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 acces direct la drumuri principale. Pentru a deservi direct comunitatea prin mijloace nemotorizate, se recomand\u0103 mutarea punctului de sta\u021bionare la intersec\u021bia cu Str. Drumul Teilor, de unde \u00een 10-15 minute pe jos se poate ajunge \u00een centrul comunei \u0219i de unde se pot construi piste de biciclete c\u0103tre comun\u0103 \u0219i mai departe, c\u0103tre Moara Vl\u0103siei.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Od\u0103ile\/DNCB<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>De\u0219i este o zon\u0103 destul de dens construit\u0103, unde identificarea unui teren pentru punctul de sta\u021bionare ar putea reprezenta o provocare, dinamicile de dezvoltare au fost unele accelerate, at\u00e2t pentru reziden\u021bial c\u00e2t \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi economice.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sta\u021bia Greenfield<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Complexul reziden\u021bial Greenfield g\u0103zduie\u0219te deja peste 12,000 locuitori, iar proiectul prevede c\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2028 vor fi construite \u00eenc\u0103 3000 de apartamente, reprezent\u00e2nd a\u0219adar o comunitate reprezentativ\u0103, ce ar judeca amplasarea unui punct de sta\u021bionare. Este important ca planificarea s\u0103 se fac\u0103 \u00een colaborare cu cea a cartierului, pentru a asigura o dezvoltare armonioas\u0103, compact\u0103 \u0219i orientat\u0103 \u00een jurul nodului de tranzit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sta\u021bia Cosmopolis<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cartier reziden\u021bial cu intrare din \u0218oseaua de Centur\u0103 cu o popula\u021bie de peste 13,000 locuitori \u0219i planuri de expansiune. Amplasarea unei sta\u021bii pe traseul trenului metropolitan \u00een dreptul intr\u0103rii spre cartierul Cosmopolis (la o distan\u021b\u0103 de 800 m) fa\u021b\u0103 de intrare ar putea reduce considerabil utilizarea ma\u0219inilor personale, dac\u0103 se amenajeaz\u0103 de asemenea piste de biciclete \u0219i trotuare pe aceast\u0103 distan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i se promoveaz\u0103 un stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos. De asemenea, se pot introduce servicii de transport local de la sta\u021bia de cale ferat\u0103 la intrarea \u00een cartier.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/caile-ferate-ale-bucurestiului-o-ruta-orbitala-in-jurul-capitalei-cinci-trenuri-urbane-si-10-rute-de-trenuri-metropolitane\/\">planurilor privind introducerea serviciilor de tren urban<\/a>, zona de dezvoltare metropolitan NORD ar urma s\u0103 fie deservit\u0103 \u00een principal de cel pu\u021bin \u0219ase perechi de trenuri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>T6 \u2013 Bucure\u0219ti Orbital<\/li><li>T7 \u2013 Gara de Nord \u2013 Aeroport Terminal 1<\/li><li>T8 -Gara Obor \u2013 Tunari &#8211; Aeroport Terminal 1<\/li><li>T9 \u2013 Gara de Nord \u2013 Aeroport Terminal 2(Dimieni)<\/li><li>T14 \u2013 Gara de Nord \u2013 Mogo\u0219oaia &#8211; Gr\u0103di\u0219tea<\/li><li>T15 \u2013 Gara de Nord \u2013 C\u0103ciula\u021bi &#8211; Snagov<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele 16 linii de tren urban, pentru care a fost deja lansat \u00een licita\u021bie studiului de fezabilitate, ar urma s\u0103 fie opera\u021bionalizate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030.
