Tramvaiele sunt gata ceva mai devreme dec\u00e2t era prev\u0103zut \u00een contract \u0219i vor g\u0103si peroanele neadaptate. Garniturile produse la Arad sunt mai lungi dec\u00e2t peroanele existente \u0219i, ca s\u0103 poat\u0103 circula, acestea trebuie modernizate. Pe linia 41, acolo unde Nicu\u0219or Dan a promis c\u0103 vor circula primele garnituri, \u00eentr-un an au fost modernizate 8 peroane \u0219i ar mai trebui modificate \u00eenc\u0103 14. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe 28 martie, edilul general al Capitalei, Nicu\u0219or Dan a vizitat fabrica Astra Arad unde a primit vestea c\u0103 primele garnituri din contractul de aproape 200 de milioane de euro vor sosi la \u00eenceputul lunii iunie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Avem un contract demnat cu Astra Arad pentru 100 de tramvaie, de 36 de metri. Cele care se v\u0103d sunt primele \u0219ase&nbsp;din acest contract. Conform contractului, primul tramvai trebuie s\u0103 vin\u0103 \u00een luna august 2022, dar domnul director ne-a f\u0103cut o surpriz\u0103 \u015fi ne spune c\u0103 la 1 iunie o s\u0103 avem primul tramvai<\/em>, declara la acel moment<a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/nicusor-dan-in-jurul-datei-de-1-iunie-o-sa-avem-primul-tramvai-de-la-astra\/\"> primarul Capitalei.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cum anume vor fi exploatate aceste tramvaie noi a anun\u021bat directorul STB, Adrian Cri\u021b, citat de Agerpres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201d<em>Primele tramvaie vor veni pe linia 41, urm\u0103toarele vor intra pe linia 32, respectiv pe linia 21. De la furnizarea prototipului, \u00een fiecare lun\u0103 furnizorul e obligat s\u0103 furnizeze c\u00e2te 4 tramvaie pe lun<\/em>\u0103\u201d &#8211; Director STB, Adrian Cri\u021b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peroanele nu sunt gata<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noile garnituri de tramvai produse de Astra Arad au <strong>36 de metri,<\/strong> cu mult mai mult dec\u00e2t cele aflate acum \u00een circula\u021bie, care au maxim <strong>27 de metri lungime<\/strong>. \u00cenc\u0103 de la semnarea contractului, problema a fost semnalat\u0103 de STB care a \u00eenceput procedura de modernizare \u0219i prelungire a refugiilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform datelor furnizate de STB, pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, <em>refugiile de tramvai din municipiul Bucure\u015fti nu au o lungime standard. <strong>Lungimea peroanelor variaz\u0103 \u00eentre 28 \u0219i 90 de metri,<\/strong> \u00een func\u021bie de perioada c\u00e2nd au fost construite sau modernizate.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primele peroane intrate pe lista de investi\u021bii a STB au fost cele de pe linia 41, modernizare \u00eenceput\u0103 \u00een 2019 \u0219i transferat\u0103 \u00een 2021 la Prim\u0103ria Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti dup\u0103 ce nu a mai primit finan\u021bare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pan\u0103 \u00een anul 2021, pe linia 41 au fost modernizate \u0219i puse \u00een func\u021biune un num\u00e4r de opt peroane, \u00een sta\u021bile lon Mihalache, Cr\u00e2nga\u015fi, Uverturii \u0219i Timi\u015foara pe ambele sensuri de mers,  \u0219i mai trebuie modificate \u00eenc\u0103 14. \u00cen bugetul pe anul acesta e prev\u0103zut\u0103 suma de 4,971 mil lei pentru aceast\u0103 investi\u021bie dar nu exist\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 un contract de execu\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti a transmis, la solicitarea Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, c\u0103 lucr\u0103rile vor fi atribuite direct Companiei Municipale Trustul de Cl\u0103diri Metropolitane \u0219i c\u0103 procedura e \u00een curs. Lucr\u0103rile ar urma s\u0103 dureze 6 luni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>Pentru restul de 14 acum este \u00een curs procedura de atribuire direct\u0103 a lucr\u0103rilor c\u0103tre Compania Municipal\u0103 Trustul de Cl\u0103diri Metropolitane \u0219i vor fi gata \u00een 6 luni de la data semn\u0103rii contractului \u0219i emiterea ordinului administrativ de \u00eencepere<\/em> &#8211; comunicat Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dac\u0103 nu sunt gata, ne descurc\u0103m<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere timpul scurt r\u0103mas p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd primele tramvaie de la Astra Arad vor ajunge \u00een Bucure\u0219ti am \u00eentrebat Prim\u0103ria Capitalei ce se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla dac\u0103 modernizarea nu e gata p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci. R\u0103spunsul a fost c\u0103 se vor g\u0103si solu\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em> <br> Dac\u0103 peroanele nu sunt gata, vor fi g\u0103site solu\u021bii pentru ca noile tramvaie s\u0103 circule pe alte trasee<\/em>, a transmis PMB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doar c\u0103 situa\u021bia nu e mai bun\u0103 nici pe celelalte linii pe care vor circula garnituri Astra. Conform Studiului de oportunitate aprobat de HCGMB, noile tramvaie sunt destinate linilor 1, 10, 21, 25, 32, 40, 41 \u015fi 55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Singura linie pe care nu mai e nevoie de modernizarea peroanelor este linia 50. La toate celelalte mai trebuie f\u0103cute lucr\u0103ri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 1- 3 peroane; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 10- 3 peroane; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 21- 1 peron; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 25 &#8211;  22 peroane (patru peroane la comun cu linia 1\/10); <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 32 &#8211; 2 peroane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 40 &#8211; 2 peroane; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linia 41 &#8211; 14 peroane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform estim\u0103rilor f\u0103cute de PMB, cele mai aglomerate linii de tramvai sunt 1 \u0219i 10, ambele cu peste 50.000 de c\u0103l\u0103tori zilnic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce caracteristici au noile tramvaie \u0219i c\u00e2t cost\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cele 100 de tramvaie noi, din gama de 36 metri, au o capacitate total\u0103 de 322 de locuri, dintre care 56 pe scaune, precum \u0219i un loc special amenajat \u00een salon pentru fotoliile rulante \u0219i landourile pentru copii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U\u0219ile, zonele de acces \u0219i trecerile asigur\u0103 accesul c\u0103l\u0103torilor cu nevoi speciale (dizabilit\u0103\u021bi locomotorii \u0219i\/sau mobilitate redus\u0103) pe platforma special destinat\u0103, dar \u0219i a celorlal\u021bi c\u0103l\u0103tori pe toat\u0103 lungimea vagonului. Tramvaiul este prev\u0103zut cu buton de semnalizare a inten\u021biei de ac\u021bionare a rampei at\u00e2t la interiorul, c\u00e2t \u0219i la exteriorul vagonului, precum \u0219i semnalizare la bord pentru conduc\u0103torul de vehicul. Trapa (rampa) este rabatabil\u0103 sau culisant\u0103 cu ac\u021bionare manual\u0103 cu sistem de protec\u021bie \u00eempotriva plec\u0103rii tramvaiului cu trapa deschis\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, noile tramvaie Imperio sunt dotate cu cinci u\u015fi duble, cu sistem antistrivire, ceea ce asigur\u0103 transferul u\u0219or al c\u0103l\u0103torilor la urcare \u0219i cobor\u00e2re, f\u0103r\u0103 obstacole sau zone \u00eenguste \u00een dreptul u\u0219ilor de acces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din punct de vedere al confortului, tramvaiele au urm\u0103toarele dot\u0103ri: echipament de climatizare destinat asigur\u0103rii aerului condi\u0163ionat\/\u00eenc\u0103lzirii at\u00e2t \u00een salonul de c\u0103l\u0103tori, c\u00e2t \u0219i la postul de conducere, salonul iluminat \u00een tehnologie LED, sistem de informare vizual\u0103 \u0219i auditiv\u0103 \u00een tehnologie LED\/LCD, afi\u0219aje de traseu exterioare \u0219i indicatoare pentru avizare sta\u021bii cu LED-uri, monitoare extrawide pentru afi\u0219area traseului \u0219i a sta\u021biilor, precum \u0219i WIFI gratuit pentru c\u0103l\u0103tori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen plus, tramvaiele beneficiaz\u0103 de sistem ticketing \u0219i sistem POS de achizi\u021bionare a cardului direct \u00een tramvai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noile vehicule au un nivel de zgomot redus, sistem de recuperare a energiei la fr\u00e2nare, sistem de supraveghere video 24\/24 \u0219i sistem de num\u0103rare a c\u0103l\u0103torilor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ca noutate, \u00een aceste tramvaie c\u0103l\u0103torii au posibilitatea transport\u0103rii bicicletelor printr-un sistem de prindere \u0219i fixare rabatabil, care s\u0103 nu ocupe spa\u021biul destinat celorlal\u021bi utilizatori atunci c\u00e2nd nu este folosit &#8211; comunicat STB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prim\u0103ria Bucure\u0219ti va pl\u0103ti pentru garniturile de la Astra Arad, 840.882.000 lei f\u0103r\u0103 TVA, cu 10% mai mult dec\u00e2t se anun\u021base ini\u021bial, conform Economedia.ro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Prin Nota de neconformitate nr. SVAP 121799<\/em>\/<em>21.12.2021, a fost aplicat\u0103 o corec\u021bie financiar\u0103 de 10% din valoarea contractului de furnizare tramvaie nr. 66\/11.05.2021. Motivele aplic\u0103rii corec\u021biei financiare men\u021bionate \u00een Nota de Neconformitate sunt:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u2013 modificarea cerin\u021belor din anun\u021bul de participare f\u0103r\u0103 publicarea unei erate;<br>\u2013 specifica\u021bii restrictive \u00een cadrul caietului de sarcini (mai exact, demonstrarea de c\u0103tre operatorii economici a experien\u021bei de a fi livrat un tramvai care s\u0103 aib\u0103 toate omolog\u0103rile de conformitate bazate pe standardele in vigoare)\u201d, a transmis PMB<\/em>, conform economedia.ro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen luna iunie vor veni, \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, primele garnituri de tramvai din contractul \u00eencheiat de municipalitate cu produc\u0103torul Astra Arad.
