Dac\u0103 \u00een cazul unei petreceri cei deranja\u021bi ar suna la poli\u021bie, cet\u0103\u021benii care locuiesc \u00een blocurile de pe bulevardele principale ale Capitalei au o singur\u0103 alinare: s\u0103 \u00eenchid\u0103 geamul.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poluarea fonic\u0103 \u00een Bucure\u0219ti e o problem\u0103 real\u0103 cu consecin\u021be reale. Autorit\u0103\u021bile locale, \u00een schimb, ascult\u0103 numai c-o ureche. Noi am ales s\u0103 ascult\u0103m cu microfonul. Am deschis aplica\u021bia Sonometru \u0219i ne-am plimbat prin Bucure\u0219ti, pe bulevardele care au dep\u0103\u0219it de mult limita de decibeli, dar \u0219i pe str\u0103du\u021be mai lini\u0219tite, cu microfonul setat la acela\u0219i volum pentru a face o compara\u021bie \u00eentre voce \u0219i zgomotul de fundal. Din p\u0103cate, ac\u021biunile au r\u0103mas \u00een principal doar pe h\u00e2rtie. Dup\u0103 aproape un mandat, zgomotul a r\u0103mas cam la fel. \u00cen 2017, 394 de str\u0103zi au trecut peste limita de 70 dB(decibeli) ziua \u0219i aproape 500 de str\u0103zi peste limita de 60 dB noaptea. \u00cen acest areal, poluarea fonic\u0103 a afectat mii de cl\u0103diri \u0219i zeci de mii de cet\u0103\u021beni. Doar pe Bulevardul Magheru sunt afecta\u021bi zi de zi aproximativ 2500 de persoane. R\u0103spunsul lui a fost scurt \u0219i la obiect: Nu.<\/strong> Nici m\u0103surile recomandate \u00een Plan nu au fost implementate: autobuzele turce\u0219ti sunt silen\u021bioase, \u00eens\u0103 prea pu\u021bine ca s\u0103 fac\u0103 vreo diferen\u021b\u0103, iar <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/firea-ascunde-neregulile-din-spatele-achizitiei-publice-pentru-tramvaie\/\">licita\u021bia pentru noile tramvaie<\/a> e, momentan, pe <em>stand-by<\/em>. Destul de multe. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd, dac\u0103 se dep\u0103\u0219esc anumite limite poate ap\u0103rea surzenia. Poluarea fonic\u0103 \u00eempiedic\u0103 aten\u021bia, comunicarea, concentrarea, relaxarea \u0219i somnul, ceea ce automat conduce la stres. Expunerea prelungit\u0103 la zgomot transform\u0103 acest stres \u00een tulbur\u0103ri psihofizice, boli cardio-vasculare sau deregl\u0103ri ale sistemului imunitar. Nu sunt de ignorat nici modific\u0103rile de comportament, cum ar fi ostilitate, intoleren\u021b\u0103, izolare social\u0103 sau chiar agresivitate.
