Timpul a trecut, iar acest proiect are \u0219anse din ce \u00een ce mai mici de realizare. Pentru \u0219efii din Transporturi prioritare sunt centura rutier\u0103 \u0219i autostrada de centur\u0103. De\u0219i trenurile trec prin cartiere importante ale Capitalei, inclusiv prin zona de birouri din Nordul Bucure\u0219tiului, unde lucreaz\u0103, potrivit celor de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agerpres.ro\/economic-intern\/2020\/01\/21\/traficul-de-calatori-in-metroul-bucurestean-a-crescut-cu-3-in-ultimii-sase-ani-statia-aurel-vlaicu-cea-mai-aglomerata--435585?fbclid=IwAR0O7BwtrbzGz4k8EzfFRYQ30NWZ_cyHxOtn6fNTPaaUQM686FhSWKHXGwc\">Crosspoint <\/a>Real Estate, circa 120 de mii de oameni, nu opresc dec\u00e2t la Bucure\u0219ti B\u0103neasa, Pantelimon, Br\u0103ne\u0219ti Sat \u0219i Fundulea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acestea au \u00eenlocuit primul tren urban al Rom\u00e2niei, care, din 2009 \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een decembrie anul trecut, a legat Gara de Nord de Gara Pantelimon, adic\u0103 de complexul comercial Dragonul Ro\u0219u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trenul care, de\u0219i trece pe la Petricani, nu opre\u0219te<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nici \u201etrenul de Dragon\u201d nu a oprit vreodat\u0103 \u00een Pipera, de\u0219i au existat astfel de propuneri din partea societ\u0103\u021bii civile. Asocia\u021bia Metrou U\u0219or a f\u0103cut o astfel de propunere \u00eenc\u0103 de acum patru ani, c\u00e2nd Planul de mobilitate urban\u0103 durabil\u0103 PMUD Bucure\u0219ti \u2013 Ilfov era \u00een faza de elaborare. Asocia\u021bia spunea atunci c\u0103, \u201e\u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Gara Obor, care folose\u0219te magistrala 800 (magistrala spre Constan\u021ba), se poate asigura o leg\u0103tur\u0103 rapid\u0103 \u00eentre diferite puncte ale nordului Bucure\u0219tiului\u201d \u0219i propuneau crearea mai multor sta\u021bii noi: Pajura (la marginea cartierului), B\u0103neasa (gara existent\u0103), Avia\u021biei (\u00een dreptul str\u0103zii Berca), \u0218os. Pipera (\u00een dreptul pasajului Pipera), \u0218os. Petricani (\u00een zona intersec\u021biei), Dragonul Ro\u0219u (\u00een dreptul complexului comercial) \u0219i Fundeni (\u00een dreptul pasajului Fundeni).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O idee similar\u0103 are acum, \u00een 2020, secretarul de stat din Ministerul Transporturilor, Ionel Scrio\u0219teanu, care a pus bazele unui grup de lucru pentru a analiza <strong>posibilitatea introducerii trenurilor urbane \u0219i metropolitane \u00een zona Bucure\u0219tiului<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> Potrivit<a href=\"https:\/\/clubferoviar.ro\/tren-de-dragon\/\"> Club Feroviar<\/a>, proiectul g\u00e2ndit de oficialul din Transporturi \u201epresupune construirea \u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Gara Obor a \u00eenc\u0103 zece sta\u021bii (puncte de oprire) pe traseu, \u00een afar\u0103 de cele deja existente, \u0219i introducerea de trenuri de c\u0103l\u0103tori la intervale regulate, care s\u0103 func\u021bioneze \u00een regim de transport public urban\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Punctele de oprire propuse de Scrio\u0219teanu sunt aproape acelea\u0219i cu cele propuse de Asocia\u021bia Metrou U\u0219or: Carpa\u021bi, Pod Constan\u021ba, Pod Pajura, Pod B\u0103neasa, Pasaj Pipera, TN Petricani (\u00een dreptul barierei), TN Andronache, Pasaj Colentina, New City Residence \u0219i Fundeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prima discu\u021bie pe aceast\u0103 tem\u0103 a avut loc \u00een aceast\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i la ea a participat \u0219i pre\u0219edintele onorific al Club Feroviar, Octavian Udri\u0219te. Acesta a declarat, pentru Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti, c\u0103 deocamdat\u0103 planul oficialului din Transporturi este doar at\u00e2t, un plan, f\u0103r\u0103 o dat\u0103 clar\u0103 de punere \u00een practic\u0103. \u201dTrebuie f\u0103cute studii (de fezabilitate), trebuie g\u0103sit\u0103 finan\u021bare, trebuie amenajate acele puncte de oprire suplimentare acolo unde s-au ridicat cl\u0103dirile de birouri, trebuie f\u0103cute pasaje supraterane sau subterane\u201d, a declarat acesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pe centura feroviar\u0103 a Bucure\u0219tiului circul\u0103, \u00een medie, un tren de marf\u0103 pe zi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De\u0219i ideea nu este deloc una rea, nu ar fi prima care ar r\u0103m\u00e2ne doar la stadiul de proiect. Cea cu privire la introducerea de trenuri de c\u0103l\u0103tori pe centura feroviar\u0103 a Capitalei este un alt astfel de exemplu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit CFR SA, \u201elinia de Centur\u0103 Feroviar\u0103 a Municipiului Bucure\u015fti are o lungime de 74,928 km, iar pe traseul liniei sunt 10 sta\u021bii de cale ferat\u0103, respectiv: Bucure\u0219ti Vest, V\u00e2rteju, Jilava, Berceni, Pope\u0219ti Leordeni, Bucure\u0219ti Sud, Pantelimon, Voluntari, Otopeni \u0219i Mogo\u0219oaia. \u00cen prezent linia de centur\u0103 este opera\u0163ional\u0103 (se circula cu rebrusare \u00een sta\u021bia Pas\u0103rea p\u00e2n\u0103 la redeschiderea tronsonului Voluntari \u2013 Pantelimon)\u201d. Numai c\u0103 nu prea este folosit\u0103. Pe ea circul\u0103 doar trenurile de marf\u0103, \u00een intervalul 7 diminea\u021ba \u2013 7 seara, \u0219i nici ele nu sunt prea multe. \u201ePe timpul zilei circul\u0103 \u00een medie, un tren de marf\u0103\u201d, ne-au transmis cei de la CFR SA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitezele de circula\u021bie pe inelul feroviar al Capitalei, potrivit CFR SA:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jilava &#8211; Chiajna<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"small wp-block-list\"><li>50 km\/h pentru trenuri de c\u0103l\u0103tori \u0219i marf\u0103 fir II (firul I este \u00eenchis)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201ePentru redeschiderea circula\u021biei pe tronsoanele Voluntari \u2013 Mogo\u0219oaia Fir I, Chitila \u2013 Chiajna Fir I \u0219i Pantelimon \u2013 Voluntari, sunt necesare lucr\u0103ri de repara\u021bie cu caracter de investi\u021bii. Pentru redeschiderea circula\u021biei pe tronsonul Voluntari \u2013 Post Reavizare Voluntari (reintregirea inelului \u00eentre Voluntari \u0219i Bucure\u0219ti Sud pe o por\u021biune de 2 km) sunt prev\u0103zute lucr\u0103ri de repara\u021bii \u00een regie proprie \u00een cursul acestui an\u201d, a transmis CFR SA, la solicitarea Buletin de Bucure\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit companiei care administreaz\u0103 infrastructura feroviar\u0103, \u201etoate lucr\u0103rile efectuate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent \u0219i aflate \u00een derulare pentru ridicarea restric\u021biilor de vitez\u0103 \u0219i refacerea continuit\u0103\u021bii liniei feroviare de Centur\u0103 a Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti sunt \u00een valoare de aproximativ 6,8 milioane lei, fiind efectuate cu personal propriu \u0219i cu filialele specializate, Electrificare CFR \u0219i Telecominica\u021bii CFR\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introducerea unor trenuri de c\u0103l\u0103tori pe inelul feroviar al Capitalei, o idee veche de 12 ani, nepus\u0103 \u00een practic\u0103 nici azi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe inelul feroviar al Capitalei nu circul\u0103, \u00eens\u0103, niciun tren cu c\u0103l\u0103tori, de\u0219i ideea introducerii unor astfel de garnituri este veche. A fost pus\u0103 prima oar\u0103 pe tapet \u00een 2008 de Ludovic Orban, pe atunci ministru al Transporturilor, acum premier at\u00e2t demis, c\u00e2t \u0219i desemnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;\u00cen func\u021bie de constructorul care va c\u00e2\u0219tiga licita\u021bia pentru reabilitare, inelul feroviar Bucure\u0219ti va fi dat \u00een folosin\u021b\u0103 pentru cet\u0103\u021beni \u00een aproximativ trei, patru ani. Pe unele tronsoane se va dubla linia \u0219i se va electrifica. Dup\u0103 efectuarea studiului de fezabilitate se va \u0219ti cu exactitate \u0219i suma necesar\u0103 realiz\u0103rii acestui tronson feroviar&#8221;, declara, \u00een mai 2008, Ludovic Orban, potrivit ziare.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ideea sa a fost reluat\u0103 \u00een for\u021b\u0103, \u00een 2016, de Sorin Bu\u0219e, care promitea c\u0103 doi ani mai t\u00e2rziu Bucure\u0219tiul va fi ocolit pe calea ferat\u0103 \u00een ambele sensuri. Cele dou\u0103 trasee pot fi operabile \u00een luna februarie 2017, dup\u0103 lucr\u0103rile executate de CFR Infrastructur\u0103 \u00een regie proprie. <em>Costul estimat este de 200.000 de euro<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-heading\"><strong>Etapa I<\/strong>I<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conexiunea feroviar\u0103 cu re\u021beaua de metrou (Magistrala 1 Preciziei \u0219i Magistrala 2 Berceni), prin noduri modale.
