Foarte pu\u021bine dintre proiectele aferente acestora au fost implementate, iar acest lucru s-a tradus \u00een efecte asupra mediului, economiei, \u0219i per total asupra calit\u0103\u021bii vie\u021bii bucure\u0219tenilor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bucure\u0219tiul este ast\u0103zi racordat la trei autostr\u0103zi, opt drumuri na\u021bionale \u0219i 11 drumuri jude\u021bene. Toate aceste artere \u00eenseamn\u0103 valori de trafic uria\u0219e pentru o capital\u0103 a c\u0103rei infrastructur\u0103 local\u0103, cu mici excep\u021bii, nu a \u00eenregistrat mari \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri \u00een ultimii 30 de ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen anul 2019, Bucure\u0219tiul era al patrulea cel mai aglomerat ora\u0219 din Europa, dup\u0103 Moscova, Istanbul \u0219i Kiev, respectiv cel mai aglomerat ora\u0219 din Uniunea European\u0103, la mare distan\u021b\u0103 de capitale mult mai mari, precum Paris, Roma, Londra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iat\u0103 cele \u0219ase planuri dedicate transportului, elaborate \u00een ultimii 17 ani:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Planul Director Extins al Transportului Urban \u00een Municipiul Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i aria sa metropolitan\u0103<\/strong>, elaborat de Agen\u021bia Japonez\u0103 pentru Colaborare Interna\u021bional\u0103 (JICA) \u00een anul 1999;<\/li><li><strong>Planul Urbanistic General al Municipiului Bucure\u0219ti<\/strong> \u2013 elaborat \u00een anul 2000;<\/li><li><strong>Master Planul de Transport al Bucure\u0219tiului<\/strong> &#8211; elaborat \u00een anul 2007 (actualizarea JICA);<\/li><li><strong>Conceptul Strategic Bucure\u0219ti 2035<\/strong> \u2013 elaborat \u00een anul 2011;<\/li><li><strong>Planul Integrat de Dezvoltare Urban\u0103 (PIDU)<\/strong> \u2013 elaborat \u00een perioada 2010-2012;<\/li><li><strong>Planul de Mobilitate Urban\u0103 Durabil\u0103 pentru Municipiul Bucure\u0219ti<\/strong> \u2013 elaborat \u00een anul 2016.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din proiectele de infrastructur\u0103 mare cuprinse \u00een aceste documente, foarte pu\u021bine au fost implementate. Mai mult, parte dintre ele nu au fost duse la bun sf\u00e2r\u0219it \u00een orizonturile de timp stabilite, lucru care a atras dup\u0103 sine efecte puternic negative asupra traficului din Municipiul Bucure\u0219ti.
