Anun\u021bul vine de la edilul Sectorului 1, care<strong> spune c\u0103 \u00een unele din aceste locuin\u021be sociale stau acum fo\u0219ti angaja\u021bi ai Prim\u0103riei sau chiar ale\u0219i locali, iar contractele lor vor expira cur<\/strong>\u00e2nd<strong>. <\/strong>Pentru a putea face acest lucru este nevoie, \u00eens\u0103, de o hot\u0103r\u00e2re de Consiliu Local.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clotilde Armand, primarul Sectorului 1, sus\u021bine c\u0103 \u00een prezent locuiesc 58 de persoane \u00een locuin\u021bele dedicate tinerilor cu nevoi modeste de pe Mun\u021bii Tatra, de\u0219i mul\u021bi dintre ace\u0219tia \u00ee\u0219i permit s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 o chirie pe pia\u021ba liber\u0103.  Mai mult, Prim\u0103ria Sectorului 1 a identificat 16 chiria\u0219i care au avut \u00een trecut contracte cu prim\u0103ria. Ace\u0219tia vor fi \u00eenlocui\u021bi cu tineri cu o situa\u021bie modest\u0103, dar doar dup\u0103 ce expir\u0103 le expir\u0103 actualul contract de chirie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fclotildearmand.ro%2Fposts%2F315111493313516&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"269\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Locuin\u021bele din strada Mun\u021bii Tatra au fost construite \u00een 2006, iar contractele de \u00eenchiriere se \u00eencheie pe 2 sau 3 ani. Pentru locuin\u021bele de 43-44 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, \u00een func\u021bie de m\u0103rimea balconului, chiria este de 10 lei\/mp\/lun\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen proiectul de hot\u0103r\u00e2re care schimb\u0103 modul de atribuire a garsonierelor din blocul din str. Mun\u021bii Tatra sunt prev\u0103zute si alte criterii pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 cel legat de venit.
