O presupus\u0103 companie TPark trimite mesaje, prin care destinatarii sunt informa\u021bi c\u0103 ar avea o tax\u0103 de parcare restant\u0103 de 5 lei.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posibililor \u00een\u0219ela\u021bi li se d\u0103, apoi, un link pe care trebuie s\u0103 \u00eel acceseze. Mai mult, sunt amenin\u021ba\u021bi \u0219i cu costuri suplimentare de 200 de lei, dac\u0103 nu achit\u0103 taxa respectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Compania Municipal\u0103 Parking Bucure\u0219ti reitereaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 nu trimite astfel de mesaje. CMPB nu cere plata prin SMS-uri, iar site-ul oficial este <a href=\"https:\/\/cmpb.ro\/?fbclid=IwcGRvZgFleHRuA2FlbQIxMABicmlkETBIWTBVZmExaGlZSkZGaFRqc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQQMjIyMDM5MTc4ODIwMDg5MgABHlEghymqtPoyIRqz3SrQdLAPlGDs1JtqAHN6JIPJQRJWNdTu2zc0Wck6Lvhn_aem_Nd_FxRU-QQiXbSpTFfoGqA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/cmpb.ro\/<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-masuri-de-protec\u021bie-impotriva-tentativelor-de-phishing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u0103suri de protec\u021bie \u00eempotriva tentativelor de phishing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizatorii trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 \u00een vedere urm\u0103toarele m\u0103suri de protec\u021bie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nu accesa\u021bi link-urile din astfel de mesaje;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu introduce\u021bi date personale sau bancare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu efectua\u021bi plata prin link-uri primite prin SMS;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>folosi\u021bi doar metodele oficiale de plat\u0103 puse la dispozi\u021bie de c\u0103tre noi: SMS la num\u0103rul 7576, aplica\u021bia Parking Bucure\u0219ti, aplica\u021biile partenere AmParcat \u0219i Qport, parcometre, cash la sta\u021biile SelfPay, platformele online pentru abonamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De asemenea, dac\u0103 se primesc astfel de mesaje, nu trebuie frunizat\u0103 nicio informa\u021bie, trebuie blocate \u0219i raportate ca spam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CITE\u0218TE \u0218I:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/cum-se-evapora-peste-32-de-milioane-de-euro-la-societatea-de-transport-voluntari-datorii-istorice-uriase-majorari-de-costuri-si-consum-de-36-de-litri-la-100-km-guvernul-blocheaza\/\"><strong>Cum \u201ese evapor\u0103\u201d peste 32 de milioane de euro la Societatea de Transport Voluntari: Datorii istorice uria\u0219e, major\u0103ri de costuri \u0219i consum de 36 de litri la 100 km. Cum sunt p\u0103c\u0103lite victimele<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Directoratul Na\u021bional de Securitate Cibernetic\u0103 avertizeaz\u0103&nbsp;asupra unor tentative de fraud\u0103 prin sms, cu taxe de parcare false. Cei p\u0103c\u0103li\u021bi primesc un sms care informeaz\u0103 despre o presupus\u0103 tax\u0103 de parcare neachitat\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen prima faz<strong>\u0103<\/strong>, mesajul anun\u021b\u0103 o veste proast\u0103, dar ofer\u0103 o alternativ\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201e(\u2026)&nbsp;<strong><em>\u021bin\u00e2nd cont de istoricul dumneavoastr\u0103 de plata, va oferim o ultima oportunitate de a achita suma datorat\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 penalit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eent\u00e2rziere<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apoi, potrivit DNSC, mesajul afi\u0219eaz\u0103 un link. Acesta redirec\u021bioneaz\u0103 poten\u021bialele victime c\u0103tre o pagin\u0103 frauduloas\u0103, unde se solicit\u0103 date sensibile. \u00cen realitate, scopul atacatorilor este colectarea datelor personale \u0219i financiare ale utilizatorilor, acel site fiind controlat de ei. Dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 dat\u0103, pot fi aplicate taxe suplimentare de cel pu\u021bin 200 de lei, inclusiv costuri de recuperare \u0219i dob\u00e2nzi, iar situa\u021bia poate avea consecin\u021be asupra istoricului dumneavoastr\u0103 de credit\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-indicii-ale-tentativei-de-frauda\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indicii ale tentativei de fraud\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Directoratul Na\u021bional de Securitate Cibernetic\u0103 trage aten\u021bia asupra c\u00e2torva indicii pentru poten\u021bialele victime:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sursa mesajului este o adres\u0103 de e-mail;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>domenii suspecte sau f\u0103r\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu institu\u021bia oficial\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>formul\u0103ri alarmante \u0219i presiune privind termenul-limit\u0103: \u201etermenul limit\u0103 de plat\u0103\u201d, \u201etaxe suplimentare de cel pu\u021bin 200 lei\u201d, \u201ev\u0103 oferim o ultim\u0103 oportunitate de a achita suma datorat\u0103\u201d;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>solicitarea acces\u0103rii urgente a unui link;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prezen\u021ba celor 3 elemente comune tentativelor de fraud\u0103 : emo\u021bia, urgen\u021ba, urmat\u0103 de socilitarea furniz\u0103rii de date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pentru a nu c\u0103dea \u00een plasa infractorilor, DNSC are c\u00e2teva recomand\u0103ri<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>nu accesa link-uri suspecte primite prin astfel de mesaje;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aten\u021bie la sursa mesajelor \u0219i verific\u0103 mereu numele de domeniu din link-urile primite, dac\u0103 este sau nu un site oficial;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verific\u0103 informa\u021biile exclusiv pe site-urile oficiale ale institu\u021biilor;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu introduce date personale sau bancare \u00een pagini suspecte;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>raporteaz\u0103 tentativele de fraud\u0103 la 1911 sau prin Platforma Na\u021bional\u0103 de Raportare a Incidentelor de Securitate Cibernetic\u0103: https:\/\/pnrisc.dnsc.ro\/.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>De asemenea, pentru protec\u021bie suplimentar\u0103, DNSC recomand\u0103 instalarea extensiei Blacklist Protection.
