Practic, propriet\u0103\u021bi au stat listate, \u00een medie, doar 48 zile p\u00e2n\u0103 la tranzac\u021bionare.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timpul era pu\u021bin mai mic \u00een aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 a anului 2022, cu o medie de 43 zile. Ulterior, a urmat o cre\u0219tere \u00een 2023, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 50 zile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Din ora\u0219ele analizate de Imobiliare.ro, apartamentele se v\u00e2nd cel mai repede \u00een Constan\u021ba (43 zile) \u0219i cel mai greu \u00een Bra\u0219ov, unde este \u0219i cea mai mic\u0103 marj\u0103 de negociere (87 zile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Constan\u021ba, graba cump\u0103r\u0103torilor este cauzat\u0103 de oferta limitat\u0103. \u00cen ultimele trei luni ale anului trecut, au fost puse la v\u00e2nzare doar 460 de apartamente \u0219i case finalizate \u00een ultimii cinci ani, cu 94% mai pu\u021bine dec\u00e2t \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, potrivit raportului citat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen schimb, \u00een Capital\u0103 se remarc\u0103 cre\u0219terea interesului cump\u0103r\u0103torilor, pentru locuin\u021be noi \u0219i vechi deopotriv\u0103. La finalul lui 2024, cererea pe segmentul nou a crescut cu 33% fa\u021b\u0103 de aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 a anului trecut.
