Distan\u021ba de circa 20 de kilometri va fi parcurs\u0103 \u00een 17 minute, spune ministrul Transporturilor, Lucian Bode. Acesta a testat, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu \u0219eful statului \u0219i premierul Ludovic Orban, noua linie de tren la bordul unei S\u0103ge\u021bi Albastre apar\u021bin\u00e2nd CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori. Din cei circa 20 de kilometri, \u00eens\u0103, doar 3 kilometri reprezint\u0103 linie nou\u0103 \u0219i reprezint\u0103 \u201eprimul tronson de cale ferat\u0103 construit de la zero \u00een Rom\u00e2nia dup\u0103 1984\u201d, dup\u0103 cum a spus ministrul Bode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trenurile cu destina\u021bia Aeroportul Otopeni vor porni din Gara de Nord c\u0103tre Mogo\u0219oaia, unde vor avea \u0219i o oprire. Odat\u0103 ce vor trece de gara Mogo\u0219oaia, c\u0103l\u0103toria va continua pe noua linie construit\u0103 de austriecii \u0219i nem\u021bii de la Porr \u0219i Wiebe, \u00een paralel cu cea veche, \u00een cadrul proiectului de dublare a c\u0103ii ferate Mogo\u0219oaia-Balote\u0219ti. De la Punctul de Oprire (P.O.) Od\u0103ile, \u00eens\u0103, trenul intr\u0103 pe noua linie construit\u0103 de rom\u00e2nii de la Arcada Company. Lucr\u0103rile la cei 3 kilometri de \u0219in\u0103, dintre P.O Od\u0103ile \u0219i Aeroportul Interna\u021bional Henri Coand\u0103, inclusiv la viaductul care supratraverseaz\u0103 DN1, sunt realizate \u00een propor\u021bie de 97%, spun cei de la CFR SA. Progresul era pu\u0163in peste 11% \u00eenainte de a veni guvernul liberal \u015fi iat\u0103 c\u0103 lucrarea e finalizat\u0103 aproape \u00een propor\u0163ie de 100%. Aceast\u0103 linie e o realitate \u015fi va fi pus\u0103 la dispozi\u0163ia beneficiarilor \u00een cel mai scurt termen posibil\u201d, a declarat \u0219eful Guvernului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i-a asumat construirea acestei c\u0103i ferate \u00een vederea g\u0103zduirii Campionatului European de fotbal, care ar fi trebuit s\u0103 aib\u0103 loc vara aceasta. Fosta guvernare promitea c\u0103 proiectul va fi gata \u00eenainte de 15 iunie, c\u00e2nd ar fi trebuit s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 Euro 2020. Cum, \u00eens\u0103, campionatul de fotbal s-a am\u00e2nat din cauza pandemiei de coronavirus, \u0219i termenul de finalizare a fost decalat. Acum ministrul Transporturilor, Lucian Bode, promite c\u0103 \u00eentre Gara de Nord \u0219i Aeroportul Otopeni se va circula din 12 decembrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e\u00cen contextul am\u00e2n\u0103rii Campionatului European de Fotbal proiectul a fost \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bit cu dou\u0103 obiective necesare exploat\u0103rii. M\u0103 refer aici la Punctul de Oprire din zona patinoarului (de\u021binut de omul de afaceri Ion \u021airiac, n.red) \u0219i la un pasaj semi-acoperit de access din aerogar\u0103. Iat\u0103 o \u00eentrebare la care oficialii din Ministerului Transporturilor \u0219i CFR SA nu au oferit un r\u0103spuns, limit\u00e2ndu-se la a spune c\u0103 noua linie are o capacitate de circula\u021bie de 44 perechi de trenuri\/zi. Nu \u0219tim nici care va fi intervalul de succedare a trenurilor. \u0218eful CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori, Dan Costescu, declara recent c\u0103 este posibil ca pe noua linie s\u0103 circule un singur automotor la un interval de 50 de minute. Pe pagina sa de Facebook acesta a venit cu preciz\u0103ri, spun\u00e2nd c\u0103 CFR C\u0103l\u0103tori poate asigura material rulant \u0219i pentru un interval de circula\u021bie mai mic, de 30 sau chiar 40 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>API: Solicit\u0103m o frecven\u021b\u0103 decent\u0103 a trenurilor pentru leg\u0103tura Bucure\u0219ti Nord &#8211; Aeroport Otopeni, preferabil un tren la 20 de minute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cei la Asocia\u021bia Pro Infrastructura au atras aten\u021bia c\u0103 dac\u0103 va exista un singur tren pe or\u0103, foarte pu\u021bini oameni vor alege trenul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eCu o asemenea frecven\u021b\u0103 (50 de minute, n.red), mult sub cea a autobuzelor existente aproape nimeni nu va lua trenul. C\u00e2\u021bi c\u0103l\u0103tori vor a\u0219tepta 30-40 de minute trenul \u00een aeroport pe c\u00e2nd \u00een timpul respectiv ar fi putut ajunge deja \u00een ora\u0219? Toate acestea \u00een condi\u021biile \u00een care chiar \u0219i \u00een aglomera\u021bia de la orele de v\u00e2rf din Bucure\u0219ti, autobuzul nu face mai mult de o or\u0103 direct de la Otopeni p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een centru? Situa\u021bia este similar\u0103 \u0219i pentru c\u0103l\u0103torii care vin &#8220;din provincie&#8221;. Cine va sta pe peronul g\u0103rii 30-40 minute \u00een loc s\u0103 ia un autobuz, taxi sau serviciu de ridesharing care \u00een maxim 45 minute ajunge la Otopeni?\u201d, au scris ace\u0219tia pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/proinfrastructura\/posts\/1704298309744169\">pagina lor de Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"352\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 640 \/ 352;\" width=\"640\" controls src=\"https:\/\/buletin.de\/bucuresti\/wp-content\/uploads\/WhatsApp-Video-2020-09-21-at-13.55.32.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption>Sursa: Cristina Sb\u00eern<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit API, pentru ca noua linie feroviar\u0103 spre Aeroport s\u0103 fie cu adev\u0103rat una util\u0103, trenurile ar trebui s\u0103 circule la fiecare 20 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eSolicit\u0103m, indiferent cine va fi operatorul final al rutei, o frecven\u021b\u0103 decent\u0103 a trenurilor pentru leg\u0103tura Bucure\u0219ti Nord &#8211; Aeroport Otopeni, preferabil un tren la 20 de minute, pentru a pune \u00een mod atractiv \u0219i eficient \u00een valoare investi\u021bia de aproape 400 mil. lei \u00een realizarea acestei conexiuni CF\u201d, cer cei de la API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De ce trenurile ar putea circula totu\u0219i la un interval de 50 de minute<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deputatul USR, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/catalindrulausr\/posts\/2259421864203563\">C\u0103t\u0103lin Drul\u0103<\/a>, membru \u00een Comisia de Transporturi a camerei inferioare a Parlamentului \u0219i fost consilier pe probleme de infrastructur\u0103 al fostului premier, Dacian Ciolo\u0219, explic\u0103 de ce va fi greu, dac\u0103 nu imposibil, ca trenurile spre Aeroportul Otopeni s\u0103 circule la intervale mai mici de 50 de minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dE vorba de 3km de linie nou construit\u0103, simpl\u0103, neelectrificat\u0103. O ramifica\u021bie din magistrala Bucure\u0219ti-Urziceni-F\u0103urei M700. Problema major\u0103 apare din natura de linie simpl\u0103 a liniei Bucure\u0219ti-Urziceni. O ram\u0103 plimbat\u0103 \u00een regim pendul\u0103 de la Gara de Nord la Aeroport face un ciclu complet (cu tot cu \u00eembarcarea\/debarcarea pasagerilor) \u00een aproximativ 50 de minute \u2013 1 or\u0103\u201d, arat\u0103 deputatul USR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201dSolu\u021bia definitiv\u0103 este dublarea magistralei M700 pe o lungime c\u00e2t mai mare, dac\u0103 nu se poate chiar de la peron din Gara de Nord (precum la magistralele Bucure\u0219ti-Ploie\u0219ti sau Bucure\u0219ti-Craiova). Este un proiect care va mai dura. Avem nevoie \u00eens\u0103 de o solu\u021bie temporar\u0103 pentru c\u0103 va mai dura cel pu\u021bin 2 ani (un scenariu destul de optimist) p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd ar putea fi construit\u0103 aceast\u0103 dublare. \u0218i nu putem sta cu 1 tren \/ or\u0103 la Aeroport p\u00e2n\u0103 atunci\u201d, adaug\u0103 deputatul USR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrivit acestuia, solu\u021bia temporar\u0103 \u201ear fi ca serviciul la aeroport s\u0103 fie operat \u00een regim de linie dubl\u0103 pe o mult mai mare parte din lungimea sa. Iat\u0103 o posibil\u0103 variant\u0103 de solu\u021bie temporar\u0103: un nou macaz (cu schimb\u0103rile de semnalizare\/centralizare aferente) din linia de centur\u0103 \u00een linia M700 chiar \u00eenainte ca acestea s\u0103 se separe (\u00een zona Chitila\/Centura Bucure\u0219ti). Avantajul ar fi c\u0103 operarea serviciului ar fi \u00een regim de linie dubl\u0103 pe 8km.
